Electronic Visitor Logbook
We are excited to announce we have updated our Visitor Logbook process and we will be going paperless. Please use the guest log to fill out details of your visit below. In the place of the book at IHM, we will have a laptop where visitors can use the Google form to fill out the details (email address, Name & other questions). In addition, we will also have a printout of a QR code – so the visitors can use their phones to access the Google form.
